Laura Rigby DC

Clinic Director

Laura studied at the  McTimoney College of Chiropractic, finishing her degree in December 2007.
In 2004, Laura moved from her home town of Wigan, Lancashire to Wokingham and has remained in Berkshire ever since. Laura now resides in Maidenhead. Feeling more at home in Berkshire, Laura decided to remain in the area after graduating and set up her business ‘Chiropractic 2U’ in 2009. Laura grew the mobile chiropractic service and in 2010 moved into a business premises in Winnersh and then to Wokingham in 2011. In Wokingham, Laura moved from the hectic town centre to a small unit on a farm which was supposed to be temporary whilst acquiring a larger unit, that fell through and patients then revealed that they were happy not to have to return to the town centre! We are still on the little farm unit today!

In September 2014 Laura took advanced chiropractic qualifications in Sacro occipital technique and on the same day, completed on the clinic in Maidenhead… everything always happens at once! Laura worked between Wokingham and Maidenhead and keeps trying to stop practising in order to work on the business. We have built Maidenhead up, and are delighted with what we can offer now, more hours with 2 further Chiropractors, a sports therapist and a fabulous massage therapist, a Practise Manger and superstar CA ready to welcome you with your favourite drink when you arrive. Our intention is to have a fabulous practise for our guests who love the relaxed vibe and the quietness of being able to read a magazine and enjoy a cuppa whilst you wait for your appointment.

Laura also sits on the SOTO Europe board delivering chiropractic education to Chiropractors all over Europe. Laura is a PRT trainer for the Royal College of Chiropractors and a table instructor for SOTO Europe. Laura also delivers in house training for the team at Berkshire Health Clinic.

antonia Brazier DC

Chiropractor

Antonia graduated with a masters from McTimoney college of chiropractic with a special interest in women’s health and in particular in pregnancy, postpartum and pediatrics. She understands how supporting the nervous system of new mothers and babies can be incredibly beneficial in the most transitional period in human life.

Having also previously gained an honours degree in Psychology she is very passionate about the mind-body connection, viewing the person as a whole and not as separate entities. She feels that meeting people where they are at in their healing journey and gently taking them forward to be paramount for connection and repair in a world geared towards disconnect and tension.

Antonia is a mother herself of a lively 5-year-old who she adjusts regularly, understanding that supporting a developing nervous system and body is easier than repairing years’ worth of issues. Her approach is to use both McTimoney chiropractic and diversified adjustments to meet the specific needs of the patient. In addition to chiropractic, Antonia has huge respect for herbal and naturopathic medicine as well as nutrition as ways to support healing and dedicates a lot of time researching these subjects as well as completing seminars and courses on these subjects.

In her spare time, Antonia thoroughly enjoys spending time with her son, her golden retriever and partner, exploring the woods or relaxing near a body of water. In recent years she has been trying to master the art of growing her own fruits and vegetables. She enjoys cooking for friends and family and loves to eat delicious food of all kinds.

Dennis Rozycki

Physiotherapist

Hi my name is Dennis and I’m passionate about all things massage, whether it’s Sports, Deep Tissue
with dry needling or a relaxing Swedish with some hot stones, I’m your therapist.

However, it’s not only just about massage for me, I’m a staunch believer in listening to your needs and
understanding how you carry yourself in your day-to-day life. Massage is fantastic, but it’s what you do
away from the clinic that can really help you in the long term. I can help you with bespoke exercises
and stretch techniques that can really make a difference to your life or sports that you’re into.

In my previous life, I was a project manager for over 23 years delivering commercial kitchens to the
hospitality industry.  I’ve worked with some major high street brands and pub chains over the years, even working with Jamie Oliver! My love for long distance running got me interested in massage, and I was keen to understand how the body works and recovers.

Following my Level 3 course, I absolutely loved it and found it so fascinating, I went on to do Level 4.
But my learning doesn’t stop there, I’m always on the lookout for more courses to do, to make me the
best I can be.

To relax, I run, I love it! Out running with nature which really helps to clear my mind and keep me fit. Socialising with friends and family is also important to me. I look forward to seeing you soon.

Gracie Jack

Soft Tissue Therapist

Hello, I’m Gracie! I am a soft tissue therapist and an osteopath student. I use a range of techniques to help people to get out of pain, improve range of motion and help people create a better lifestyle overall.

I use a range of techniques to achieve this; Amma, fascia work, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, soft tissue release, stretching including PNF, and pressure points.

I love science and spirituality equally, so I work on the the body with intention and energy to increase relaxation.

In my spare time I love to cuddle my cats, play my instruments, go for nature walks and lift weights at
the gym. I spend a lot of time reading, meditating and working with the moon. I am also a massive film
geek and spend a lot of my time in the cinema!
